Located at 7550 Hendrick Auto Plaza NW, Concord, North Carolina 28027, this position offers a competitive pay range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year and above, based on factors such as Technician skill level, automotive certifications, and job performance.

Perform complex diagnostic evaluations and precision repairs across all vehicle systems engine, transmission, electrical, ADAS, and more.

Pre-Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A/B level Technician experience.
• 5+ years of dealership or high-volume shop experience.
• Proven expertise in advanced diagnostics (driveability, electrical, HVAC).
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Automotive Technology training with OEM manufacturer certifications (e.g., KIA, Hyundai similar imports).
• ASE certifications are a plus, A1A8.
• Experience with hybrid/EV systems.
• EPA 609 refrigerant certification.

Attendance Expectations: The position requires regular and predictable attendance in-person at an automotive dealership. Scheduled shifts are Full Time, average 40 hours per week. We offer flexible rotating schedules 4-6 days per week, Saturdays included (closed on Sundays) and may include holidays.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Environment Demands:

Duties are performed primarily in the service area. Work includes movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions. Frequently interacts with customers, service advisors and the service manager.

Verbal and Writing Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations. Ability to understand and follow technical manuals.
