This 13-week travel nursing job is ideal for a bedside RN who enjoys complex patient care, telemetry, and working in a collaborative hospital environment.

  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020-$2,130
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
  • Floating: May float to other inpatient areas including ICU and ED
  • Charting System: Meditech
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent hospital RN experience required
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Recent telemetry, step-down, or progressive care unit experience required
  • Neuro experience and trauma experience preferred
  • NIHSS and TNCC preferred
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills in a high-acuity hospital setting
Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to progressive care patients with neuro and trauma needs
  • Monitor cardiac, respiratory, and neurological status for complex patients
  • Manage bedside monitors, end tidal O2 monitoring, high-flow oxygen, chronic vents, and subdural drains as indicated
  • Perform and support procedures such as chest tube care and EEG-related patient support
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
