About the Role:  

Join I & L Industrial Laundry LLC as a Washline Personnel where you'll play a crucial role in our laundry operations. We are looking for dedicated individuals to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our Chantilly, VA facility. Responsibilities:  

• Operate and monitor washline machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Sort, load, and unload laundry items efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect items for damage and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washline area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Assist in training new team members on washline operations.

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a laundry or industrial setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
