Job Summary:
A Certified Operating Room Technician located in Jackson, Michigan, is responsible for assisting in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, setting up surgical instruments and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and sterilization standards. This role involves supporting surgical teams during procedures and maintaining a sterile environment to facilitate efficient patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 3x12s from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year Operating Room Technician experience; BLS certification through the American Heart Association; current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification; previous travel experience; High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position is based at a healthcare provider's facility in Jackson, Michigan, and requires adherence to surgical and safety protocols. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/24/2026 and will last for a 13-week contract with potential for extension. Candidates should be prepared to participate in call duties once per week and every sixth weekend, supporting the surgical team during various operational hours.
