Home Care Aide

Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document client progress and report changes to the care team. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health care preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving or home health role is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
