Animal Orthopaedic Clinic of Florida (AOCF) is a state-of-the-art specialty hospital opening January 2026. We’re seeking experienced and motivated Veterinary Technicians to help shape our culture and systems from the ground up. Be part of a collaborative team that values continued learning. You will strive to become an expert in the field, from mastering regional anesthesia assisting with advanced surgical procedures. AOCF is a place where everyone learns, and everyone teaches.

We are hiring for both anesthesia-focused and surgical assistant–focused roles, and all team members will cross-train to perform both functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in history taking and exams
• Perform lab work, imaging, and surgical preparation
• Provide safe anesthesia under clinician guidance
• Assist with surgical procedures
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Assist with accurate medical records
• Support a culture of safety, discovery, and teaching
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and teammates

Requirements

• 2+ years of technician experience
• Solid foundation of anesthesia and nursing care abilities
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and adaptability
• CVT/LVT/RVT preferred but not required
• Able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
