Full-time Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. This is a unique opportunity to step away from fast-paced clinical environments and provide meaningful care in a person-centered setting. As the RN, you’ll work closely with a small care team and have the time and autonomy to truly understand the needs of each individual you serve. This is a rewarding role that offers consistency, impact, and a supportive work culture. This is a full‑time position at 36 hours per week. We are currently hiring for our 3x12‑hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am). Requirements What We’re Looking For: Current RN license in the State of Montana Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Must pass background check and drug screening Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience Salary Description $35.00 - 36.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
