One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Addison, WI.
**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $35/hr
**Shift: **12 hour rotational
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime
Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, bearings, and other industrial machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
Install, modify, and commission new equipment while supporting machinery upgrades and plant improvement projects
Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required .
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands on experience maintaining CNC Machining and high speed manufacturing equipments.
Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, VFDs, and automated production equipment
You should be proficient in:
