Talent Acquisition Associate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR to help us attract top talent and grow our team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, VolunteerMatch , and internal channels.
• Source potential candidates through online platforms and proactive outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Assist with offer preparation and support onboarding activities as needed.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract diverse talent.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative role (internships and volunteer experience count!).
• Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and VolunteerMatch .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
