Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities Provide thorough follow‑ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Ensure customer account information is up‑to‑date Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Qualifications Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation $42,500 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Jason Templeton State Farm
