Seasonal Sales Support Associate

The Herms South Coast Plaza Boutique opened in 1997 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Pacific West Region. This position will report to a member of the store management team and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Herms boutique. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor. The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate position begins in November and will go through December 31st.

Consistently provide high levels of service to our clients within the Herms standard of service: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale. Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room. Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and the like) are stocked at all times, maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, filling in, etc. Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities. Support of After Sales areas as needed. Logging in repairs, contacting clients, maintain active records. Answering phones in a timely manner and exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.

About You: Strong communication skills. Customer Service oriented. Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills. Computer skills: Microsoft Office. Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion and composure. Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance. Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

The range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on job, location, and individual experience. We are looking for a candidate that has a combination of the above attributes and can perform the key functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
