As a Lead Sales Associate, your main role is to manage the studio and help clients achieve their goals through our unique practitioner-assisted stretch membership model. Responsibilities Drive membership sales within the studio and uphold sales standards. Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns with excellent customer service. Lead and coach Sales Associates, ensuring daily operations and monthly goals are met. Enhance member retention through excellent service, follow-ups, and operational adherence. Lead by example, supporting and guiding your team daily. Monitor KPIs to assess studio performance and assist in tracking sales metrics. Promote practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals and encouraging add-on sessions. Qualifications Confident in connecting with guests and converting them to members after their first session. Driven and competitive, capable of holding staff accountable for exceeding sales goals. Well-organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills. Goal-oriented, assisting the General Manager in setting and achieving goals.
