Position Highlights:

NICU nursing opportunity
Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients
Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Support safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and holiday coverage may be required

Requirements:

Active Montana RN license
3+ year experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care
AHA BLS required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required
STABLE certification required
Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Must live at least 90 miles away to be eligible
