Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

The Dixon Group is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team! We're looking for a reliable individual with a positive attitude and a strong mechanical aptitude to help us build top-quality products. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the quality and timely assembly of various components, utilizing small hand tools and/or production machinery. While one year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred, it is not required-we are willing to train candidates who are eager to learn and committed to doing precise work. What You'll Do:

• Assemble high-quality mechanical components with care and precision.
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in every step of the production process.
• Use computer systems to record production data and track progress.
• Keep a strong focus on efficiency, product quality, and accuracy to help deliver the best to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfortable working with tools, parts, and mechanical components.
• Able to perform addition and subtraction accurately to support production needs.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs. regularly during a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Capable of completing repetitive motions while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Able to handle and assemble small parts and components efficiently.
• Proficient in using hand tools and basic machining equipment safely.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and report any issues or non-conformances promptly.
