Job Opportunity: Full-Time General Urologist

Our organization is actively looking to hire a full-time General Urologist for our Urology office located in Troy, NY. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well-established and expanding practice.

The Urology office is situated at 2231 Burdett Avenue, Troy, NY, and benefits from a robust network of primary care providers and specialists. In response to ongoing growth and increasing patient needs, we are eager to welcome an additional urologist to our team.

• Treatment for enlarged prostate
• Management of urinary tract and prostate cancers
• Voiding dysfunction treatments
• Kidney stone management
• Addressing sexual dysfunction
• Urinary tract infections
• Urinary incontinence
• Urologic oncology

• Surgeries conducted at Samaritan Hospital, featuring robotic access and scheduled block time.
• Hospital-employed role.
• Extensive primary care referral network.
• Utilization of EPIC EMR system.
• High-volume practice with significant earning potential based on RVUs.
• Call rotation of 1:4.

Compensation Package

Our organization offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Competitive base salary with RVU and quality earning potential, with a starting salary range of $510,000 to $555,000.
• The stated salary reflects the initial compensation range and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift payments, or other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• A $100,000 bonus package, including a $50,000 signing bonus.
