Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis

Location: Tse Bonito, New Mexico

Solid Rock is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality dialysis care in Tse Bonito, New Mexico. This position is ideal for an RN who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and the opportunity to develop trusted relationships with patients receiving ongoing treatment.

You will manage each patient’s care throughout the dialysis process, from the initial assessment through post-treatment evaluation. You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and provide clinical direction to Patient Care Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dialysis and ensure treatments are delivered safely and effectively.

• Conduct thorough pre-treatment and post-treatment assessments.

• Monitor vital signs, treatment progress, and patient responses throughout dialysis.

• Recognize changes in patient status and take prompt, appropriate action.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.

• Review patient medication profiles monthly and communicate concerns to the appropriate provider.

• Work with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and other team members to coordinate individualized care.

• Contribute to patient assessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide oversight, instruction, and support to Patient Care Technicians.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and complete all documentation within required timeframes.

• Follow organizational policies and all applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Assist with staffing coordination and daily clinical operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.

• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it as required.

• Previous dialysis or nephrology experience is preferred.

• RNs with a strong acute care background and an interest in dialysis are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong patient-assessment and critical-thinking abilities.

• Clear and professional communication skills.

• Ability to effectively lead, collaborate, and prioritize in a busy clinical setting.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $52.00 per hour
