A growing and highly respected mechanical contractor is actively seeking a HVAC Service Manager to lead and oversee their HVAC service operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong service leader who knows how to manage technicians, improve operations, drive customer satisfaction, and build a high-performing service department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations
• Manage and support service technicians and dispatch flow
• Improve scheduling, productivity, and customer experience
• Handle escalated customer concerns and service agreements
• Monitor department KPIs, profitability, and performance
• Help grow and strengthen the residential service division

What We're Looking For:

• HVAC service leadership experience
• Strong operations and customer service background
• Experience managing technicians and field teams
• Knowledge of service agreements and maintenance programs
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
