About the Role:

Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines

Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging

Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)

Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program

Current national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)

Active DEA license or ability to obtain one

Experience in primary care, family practice, or related clinical setting preferred

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
