This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, nationally award-winning practice that is experiencing exceptional growth.Role Responsibilities:Lead client-facing meetings, manage project timelines and deliverables, and oversee budget adherenceDevelop and analyze financial models to evaluate impact of transactions including bottom-up and top-down IT cost analysis (e.g., cost synergies, TSA replacement) across the P/L evaluating cost pools / vendors and develop one-time cost estimatesManage transaction one-time cost and business run-rate cost models and provide executive level readouts on all cost driversAnalyze key business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) with respect to business / industry requirements (e.g., capabilities, modules, pricing) and complete application dispositioning with input from application leadersLead technology workstreams (business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.) in a post-close engagement while working with a broader Integration/Separation teamSupport scoping, building, and pricing Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)Determine and document entanglements among people, process, technology, assets, and contracts between Parent (carveout) and NewCoManage fast-paced technology due diligence engagements for private equity (PE) and strategic clientsProduce high quality, value-driven diligence reports and experience participating with clients in meetings critical to closing the transaction (e.g., RWI, buyer calls (sell-side) …etc.)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.6–11 years of experience.Experience working in client-facing consulting engagements.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting private equity or strategic transaction clients.Experience leading technology diligence or post-close initiatives.Master’s degree preferred.Additional Role ExpectationsTravel: Moderate to frequent, depending on engagement needs.Peak Periods: Increased workload during diligence and transaction phases.Licensure Progress: Progress toward relevant certification where applicable.Scheduling: Flexibility aligned to transaction timelines.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. We offer flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance life’s demands, while also maintaining your ability to serve clients. Learn more about our total rewards at .All applicants will receive consideration for employment as RSM does not tolerate discrimination and/or harassment based on race; color; creed; sincerely held religious beliefs, practices or observances; sex (including pregnancy or disabilities related to nursing); gender; sexual orientation; HIV Status; national origin; ancestry; familial or marital status; age; physical or mental disability; citizenship; political affiliation; medical condition (including family and medical leave); domestic violence victim status; past, current or prospective service in the US uniformed service; US Military/Veteran status; pre-disposing genetic characteristics or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state or local law.
