Join Our Team at The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care

The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed nursing home focusing on short term rehabilitation and memory care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a culture of caring, not only for the residents we serve but for our valued employees as well. Pay: $19.50/hr to $22.50/hr.

Shifts available:

• AM: 7 days per pay period (6am-2 pm)
• PM: 8 days per pay period (2pm-10 pm)
• Noc: 8 days per pay period (10 pm to 6 AM)

Job Overview:

• Promptly answer resident call light
• Assist residents with basic ADL's
• Transport and assist residents throughout the facility
• Maintain safety of residents at all times

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin CNA is required
• Passion for helping people
