Associate Attorney

Job Description Law firm in Pasadena is seeking an entry to mid level Associate Attorney to join our practice focused on Employment Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, and Lemon Law/Warranty Litigation practice groups. The job will include preparing discovery, legal research, drafting law and motions, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, preparing for and attending to court hearings, trials and other proceedings. Our focus is to deliver quality representation to protect the rights of employees and consumers. We take pride in our practice and are looking for a passionate candidate who is willing to learn and litigate on behalf of our clients. The firm is looking for a candidate who is willing to commit to an in-person work from our Pasadena office to assist in collaboration, training and development. However, the firm will consider candidates requesting hybrid work. The firm offers generous performance based commission structure which allows a motivated candidate to achieve their own compensation ceiling. In addition, the firm provides a base yearly salary which may range from $95,000 to $200,000, depending on the experience, demonstrated skill, commitment. Medical and dental offered.
