Exceptional Children Teacher – Elementary School

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Exceptional Children (EC) Teacher for an elementary school position in Lincolnton, NC for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a separate setting classroom where you can provide individualized instruction and meaningful support to students with exceptional needs.

Position Details
Position: Exceptional Children Teacher
Setting: Elementary separate setting classroom
Students: Approximately 10 students
Support: 2 Teacher Assistants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
Location: Lincolnton, NC
School Year: 2026/2027
What You'll Do
Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
Create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate closely with 2 Teacher Assistants and school staff
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families and educational team members
Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional development
