Required Skills
- Valid RN license with active certification in oncology chemotherapy
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system proficiency
- Strong understanding of chemotherapy protocols and oncology patient care
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:7
Nice to Have Skills
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
- Experience with high-acuity adult patients
- Bilingual abilities
- Familiarity with advanced oncology treatment modalities
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- At least one year of relevant oncology nursing experience
- Prior experience working in a hospital or oncology clinic setting
Other Requirements
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)/ONCC credentials
- Strict adherence to dress code in navy blue scrubs
- No travel or float requirements; no weekend shifts
- Call requirements are not part of this role; Day shift (08:00 – 16:30), 5 days a week
