Quality Manager

Establishes, maintains, and enforces quality control systems, standards, procedures, and documentation across all products, processes, and inspections Leads plant‑wide QC operations, including daily inspector oversight, testing activities, data accuracy, NCR management, root‑cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions Directs internal, customer, and accreditation audits (including AISC), ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and readiness for all external reviews Collaborates cross‑functionally with production, project management, scheduling, and leadership to resolve quality issues, generate SRM reports, and support special quality initiatives Manages staffing, training, certifications, and development for QC personnel while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and ongoing improvement throughout the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least four years of quality management experience in steel fabrication and strong knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards. Certified or previously certified AWS CWI, with Level II ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A experience in ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing and familiarity with NDT methods.
