What You'll Do
Have genuine conversations with homeowners about preventive home care
Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues
Apply scientifically-proven treatments that extend roof life
Complete minor repairs (boot replacements, small fixes—not full tear-offs)
Build trust with customers as their go-to roof care expert
Generate your own opportunities in your local area
Work with a partner as part of a two-person team
What You Won't Do
Sit behind a desk
Cold call from a phone bank
Wait around for someone to give you leads
Do heavy manual labor or full roof replacements
Work for someone else's schedule

Comfortable having conversations (not "selling" in the pushy sense)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors
Reliable and self-motivated
Good with basic technology (phone, tablet, apps)
