Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various business agreements, including dealership and supply contracts.
- Oversee corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Advise on risk management related to regulatory and compliance issues in the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, finance, operations) to mitigate legal risks.
- Stay informed on legal developments and industry trends.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation management as needed.
- Assist with other legal functions and special projects.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Licensed to practice law in one or more U.S. states.
- 2 to 5 years of legal experience focused on corporate and compliance matters, preferably in manufacturing or auto industries.
- Bilingual in English and Korean languages preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
