The NCRC must be based on the ACT WorkKeys assessments in:Applied MathGraphic LiteracyWorkplace DocumentsPrevious experience as a forklift operatorExperience using RFT scanners requiredAbility to work in a manufacturing environment that requires 10-12 hour shifts while standing most of the timeAbility to lift up to 35 pounds when performing job tasksAbility to work weekends and overtime as neededWhat You'll Do as a Forklift OperatorOperate a sit-down forklift to receive products from carriers and transport them to storage areasDistribute and issue products efficiently across production areasManage and maintain accurate warehouse inventorySafely unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locationsConduct equipment inspections before and after operational use to ensure safety and functionalityAdhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all tasksClean and maintain workstations, following all safety guidelines and company policiesMonitor parts and materials inventory, replenishing bins as necessary for daily operationsOperate material handling equipment, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers, to move materials safely and efficientlyPerform other duties as assigned
