What You'll Do: As a Sales Director , you will oversee 50 + retail locations , driving sales and operational excellence. You'll lead, train, and inspire teams to exceed goals while ensuring top-tier customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Achieving Sales Goals – Meet and exceed assigned sales and KPI targets in your region. Building High-Performing Teams – Recruit, train, and develop a winning sales force. Driving Customer Loyalty – Maintain superior service standards to ensure high retention rates.
