This designation reflects the company’s commitment to hiring and supporting active-duty and veteran employees.ResponsibilitiesEmpower AI: As a Transition Knowledge Transfer Manager, responsible for designing and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate critical organizational knowledge across teams, ensuring that valuable expertise is readily accessible to employees, promoting collaboration, and driving continuous learning within the program by facilitating effective knowledge sharing between experienced staff and new hires or those transitioning roles.
