Join to apply for the Physical Therapist role at Saratoga Solutions 4 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at VAMC in McClellan, CA in a full-time capacity working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients by developing and implementing treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. Minimum Qualifications: Current state license to practice Physical Therapy and Board Certified Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Minimum of one year inpatient rehabilitation experience and one year outpatient PT experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical condition and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and families on techniques and exercises to improve physical function Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, age (over 39), sex, national origin, or disability, provided the employee can perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation.
