Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Territory: Central Washington, including the I-5 corridor from Olympia to Bellingham, as well as Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities, Yakima, Moses Lake, and Walla Walla). Open to candidates based in Everett, North Seattle, or Eastern Washington who are comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory. Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products, ensuring patient adherence to prescribed test cadence, and improving patient outcomes. The role involves identifying improvement areas in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems, and processes while cultivating and maintaining key relationships with customers to support unit growth and patient retention. Primary Responsibilities Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers. Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth. Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to the protocol prescribed by the oncologist. Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving. Become an expert on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize effectiveness in the field. Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management. Utilize and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume. Act as a key team player within the sales organization, partnering with internal stakeholders such as sales reps, patient coordinators, and territory managers to achieve the best outcomes for patients and providers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Background in medical assistance, clinical support, patient liaison, nursing, or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Thrives in ambiguous environments. Extremely bright, flexible, self‑motivated, and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Acts with a sense of urgency. Strong desire to work in a fast‑pace environment and works independently with internal drive to be successful. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to present effectively to both internal and external customers. Effective time‑management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail. Fluent in understanding data spreadsheets and technologies. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems. Physical Demands & Work Environment Duties are typically performed in a medical office or hospital setting. Requires use of a computer keyboard, telephone communication, and reading printed material. Duties may require work outside normal hours (evenings and weekends) at times. Compensation & Benefits In addition to a base salary, the position offers uncapped commission, a car allowance program, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). On‑target earnings (OTE) range from $110,000 to $130,000 USD for the first year, based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and job location.
