Youth Advocacy Coordinator II — Case Management & Support

MYSI Corporation seeks an Advocacy Coordinator II to provide case management and serve as a positive role model for youth in a residential program on the Northside of Chicago. You will assess emotional, social, and mental health needs, document progress, collaborate with DCFS, Medicaid, courts, and other agencies, and participate in treatment planning.
