IT Help Desk Technician

Providing technical support in a hybrid environment, the full-time IT Helpdesk Technician will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain optimal system performance while working both remotely and at the office. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through the problem-solving process Record incidents and resolutions in the incident management system and update the knowledge database Required qualifications: Experience providing end-user support and working with a ticketing system Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems and Domain environments High school diploma or GED required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
