Legal Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role helps ensure the legal team can focus on billable work by managing scheduling, document preparation, communication, and coordination tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, hearings, and deadlines
- Prepare, format, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor and manage email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients to provide status updates and coordinate information requests
- File documents with courts or relevant agencies when required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and internal scheduling needs
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
