Job Title: Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Senior Coordinator Department: James | Quality and Patient Safety Scope Of Position The James is committed to continuously improving the quality of care provided and the highest level of safety to patients as well as the systems supporting research, care and administration. The Sr. Quality Manager will facilitate implementation of Quality Management principles and tools so that optimal quality of care and research & the highest level of patient safety and outcomes can be achieved. Position Summary Under the direction of the Director, Quality & Patient Safety, the Sr. Quality Manager provides facilitation for process improvement initiatives, Quality Management education for managers and team leaders, and project management for priority goals supporting the vision of creating a cancer free world, one person, one discovery at a time. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
