OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Onley, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Become an OTR solo Hazmat driver with HMD Trucking based near Onley, VA. Compensation begins at 65 CPM plus 4 CPM for hazmat, with weekly averages near 2,500 miles and additional bonuses for safe operation and clean inspections. Our late-model tractors (under three years) include APUs, inverters and sleepers and are supported by dedicated in-house maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport hazardous materials across nationwide routes while observing federal and state regulations.
• Perform comprehensive pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient, on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable driving experience; home every three weeks.
