Sr Associate - Operations & Programs - Neurology Medical Marketing - Remote

Senior Associate supporting operations and program execution across Amgen's U.S. Neurology Medical Marketing organization. This role coordinates strategic initiatives including physician engagement, congress planning, speaker programs, and field insights while building foundational medical marketing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated medical marketing calendars, workback plans, status trackers, and core documentation
• Coordinate congress planning, execution, and post-event closeout activities across multiple initiatives
• Manage speaker bureau and peer-to-peer program readiness tracking and training operations
• Support advisory board logistics, field insight intake processes, and insight repository maintenance
• Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation in partnership with finance and procurement

Requirements

• Project management and operational coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining operational documentation and templates
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical affairs environments
