Pay Per Visit Rates: $44-$56 per billable hour (billed in 15 minute increments); depending on experience; $70 per evaluation

Location: 5575 Warren Pkwy Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034

Hours/Schedule: This position starts with a small caseload of 1–2 pediatric clients, with opportunities to grow over time. You will initially be the only on-site Physical Therapist, playing a key role in establishing and expanding services.

Qualifications of this Physical Therapy position include the following :

• Experience in pediatric Physical Therapy preferred
• Texas State license in Physical Therapy
• Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
• Passion for changing the lives of others
