Role Summary

Opening January 2026, Delilah Dallas is seeking experienced and hospitality-driven servers to play a vital role in delivering a memorable and personalized dining experience. Servers are responsible for providing knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive service in a high-volume, fine dining setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar environment, demonstrate a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, and contribute to a positive, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Open availability is preferred, Sunday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant.
• Clearly and proficiently inform customers of chef's specials, menu changes and additions, and answer any questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, suggestively selling specific menu items.
• Oversee table maintenance and coordinate table service with fellow team members.
• Work alongside bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, share plates, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
• Respond to guests' needs with a proactive approach.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Maintain appropriate inventory and proper condition of equipment and operating supplies.
• Communicate with management, and all other service staff regarding all customer needs, comments, or incidents.
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to review what is expected of service before the shift starts.
• Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a certified food handlers card.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits is preferred.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
• Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
