As our Insurance Sales Rep , your role is to help customers understand what they actually need, not to push a one-size-fits-all policy. You’ll connect with new people through calls, referrals, and in-person outreach, educate customers about their coverage options, and develop new business while building lasting relationships. You’ll also work with marketing on lead generation and campaigns.

You’ll have the support of a close-knit team, with individual coaching, training, and clear goals built around your success. The agency has been in the Cleveland Metropolitan area since 2000 and keeps customer service in-house, so when customers call, they talk directly with the people they know and trust. You’ll also have your own office in a newly built sales space, along with schedule flexibility and the option to work from home.

The base salary is $45,000 , with first-year expected earnings of $55,000- $75,000, with top performers earning $100,000+ through commission and bonus opportunities. PTO, health insurance, a 401(k), paid holidays, licensing assistance, and ongoing development are also included.
