You'll run the West, get paid every week, and have driver managers and dispatch support focused on keeping you moving.

START AT $0.68 PER MILE • EARN UP TO $0.73 PER MILE IN YEAR 1

The more you run, the more you can earn.

Monthly Mileage Bonus

At 9,000 miles per month, earn +1¢ per mile
At 10,000 miles per month, earn +2¢ per mile
At 11,000 miles per month, earn +3¢ per mile

Fuel efficiency bonus that pays +1¢ per mile
Safety bonus that pays +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations
After one year with Market Express, your bonus increases by 30%
Every year after that, your bonus increases 10% – up to double your original bonus rate
