About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Operations to lead its mission of sourcing and distributing food to combat hunger. The successful candidate will be a strategic, collaborative, and people-centered leader with a strong background in operations, supply chain, distribution, logistics, or related fields. This role is pivotal in managing a complex, multi-site operation that ensures the safe and efficient movement of a significant volume of food to a network of partners. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, compliance with regulatory standards, strategic insight, and team building. The SVP will be expected to lead a large operations team, develop and implement operational initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, and logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
