Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Job Duties Pack baked goods according to quality and production standards Assist with production and warehouse operations Monitor product quality before packaging Ensure proper closure and packaging of products Remove products that do not meet quality standards Report product or equipment issues to supervisors Assist with packaging rework as needed Properly dispose of scrap materials and packaging waste Help monitor packaging equipment performance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures Work effectively with team members and leadership

Physical Capabilities Lift up to 30 pounds regularly Stand for the entire shift Work in cold temperature environments Must wear steel-toe shoes Must wear required PPE Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
