About the Role We are seeking a high‑performing Aesthetic Injecting Nurse with proven experience using RHA fillers and Radiesse . This role is ideal for someone who blends artistry, education, and confidence to create exceptional patient outcomes while guiding patients into long‑term, goal‑aligned treatment plans. You will be a key driver of patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth through comprehensive consultations, customized treatment planning, and consistent patient engagement. Schedule Monday–Friday (no weekends) What You’ll Do Perform advanced aesthetic injections including RHA filler and Radiesse Conduct full, in‑depth consultations to assess goals, educate patients, and recommend personalized treatment plans Create results that consistently exceed patient expectations and drive long‑term loyalty Guide patients toward memberships, packages, and wellness services aligned with their goals Maintain strong follow‑up and rebooking habits to support continuity of care Represent the practice with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your success—and bonuses—are measured by clear, achievable KPIs designed to support both exceptional patient outcomes and income growth . Growth & Retention Rebooking Rate: Maintain 60% or higher New Client Acquisition Rate: 50% (retain at least 1 out of every 2 new clients) Client Satisfaction Score: 90%+ (Vagaro reviews) Sales & Engagement Elite Memberships: 4 new Elite Memberships per month Discuss monthly promotions with every appropriate patient Increase package sales through education and confident recommendations Employee Productivity Rate: Maintain 75–85% Bonus & Incentive Structure Your goals are set annually and account for vacation time— picking up additional shifts does not increase your targets , giving you the opportunity to exceed goals and maximize earnings.
