This is NOT a traditional sales job.
You won't be closing deals, collecting money, or pressuring anyone into anything. You'll walk through neighborhoods, perform a quick visual stucco inspection, and connect qualified homeowners with a stucco repair solution that costs them nothing out of pocket.

If you're comfortable talking to people face-to-face and want serious income potential without the stress of "selling," this is worth a look.

What You'll Do

• Visit homeowners in targeted Jacksonville-area neighborhoods (door-to-door)
• Perform simple exterior stucco inspections (full training provided)
• Educate homeowners on stucco issues we identify on their property
• Explain how the issue may qualify for a $0 out-of-pocket repair
• Hand off qualified leads to our internal team for next steps

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Willing to follow a proven, repeatable process
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Experience

• Some background in door-to-door, canvassing, or outside sales is preferred but not required — we provide full training on our process.
