Join a growing team as a Sales Customer Service Representative supporting procurement and inventory operations at a customer site. This role combines customer service, purchasing, vendor management, and inventory coordination to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer support.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• CPM certification preferred

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong ERP, inventory management, and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Job Duties

• Manage purchasing activities for stock and non-stock materials
• Review inventory forecasts and replenishment recommendations
• Create purchase requisitions and issue vendor purchase orders
• Track orders and coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs
• Research vendors and recommend cost-effective purchasing solutions
• Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery
• Process vendor returns and assist with inventory reduction efforts
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
• Investigate and resolve accounts payable discrepancies
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and produce KPI reports
• Follow company and customer operating procedures and safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
