Job Description

About the Role:

Join our passionate team at ITS ALL ABOUT KIDS INC, Mountainside Children's Center as a part-time Childcare Teacher in the afternoons! We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive educational experience.
Observe and assess children's behavior and development regularly.

Requirements:

Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.
Relevant certifications in childcare or teaching are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule for afternoon shifts.
Background check clearance required.
