Junior Project Manager (Operational Lead)

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) a field data collection company established in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take photos, shoot videos, record audio, and scan all the details necessary for making better decisions. Our field data collection teams working in Europe and North America are ready to take on new challenges.

The role involves managing a field team, creating their routes and schedules, controlling costs; the operational lead communicates with project and program managers and assists them with all planning-related tasks. Almost all our projects cover multiple countries and multinational teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in coordination/management, excellent communication skills, very responsible and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Direct communication and management of your team
• Control of performance and quality metrics
• Necessary corrective actions to improve efficiency when needed
• Managing different functions (quality, production, etc.) to achieve program results
• Cost management and budget monitoring
• Participation in team trainings
• Team-level risk management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project and team coordination/management
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Flexibility to support field operations; non-standard work schedule
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Ability to manage a team, stress resistance
• Ability to remotely manage a team
• Attention to detail and proactive thinking

Experience in managing a fleet/logistics and previous experience in training new team members would be a plus.
