The position is responsible for ensuring that students, staff and the community have facilities that are safe and well maintained. WORKING ENVIRONMENT Generally, the job requires 40% sitting, 30% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed indoors under minimal temperature variations and outdoors under temperature variations consistent with the region, and in a generally hazard free environment. The usual and customary methods of performing the functions of this job require the following physical demands: Frequent reaching, handling, fingering and/or feeling Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling.
