Job Opportunity: CookOur cooks are the heartbeat of our café kitchens, bringing consistency, quality, and care to every dish we serve. They're responsible for preparing food according to our recipes and plating standards, working efficiently to fulfill customer tickets within our time goals. Throughout each shift, cooks keep the line stocked and organized, complete prep tasks, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen from the dish area to storage spaces.Cooks work closely with the baristas and store leadership team to ensure smooth communication and quick service. They follow all food safety and kitchen guidelines—like FIFO, proper storage, and temperature checks—and help with ordering produce or reporting maintenance issues as needed.
